Scullery and Kitchen

We'll go into the Scullery first.

The door to the left will take us into the Kitchen and the door to the right gives us access to the Housekeeper's Room.

We'll turn left and enter the Kitchen.

Finally, we'll cross back through the Scullery and visit the Housekeeper's Room.

  1. Beautiful. Looks like a smaller version of Downton Abbey's kitchen, especially with the period-perfect blue paint.

  2. Hi Irene
You have some wonderfully detailed miniatures in your house. The linens drying on the guard around the range is my favourite part.... You have thought of everything!
    All the best

  3. Que bonito!!! me encanta el lavadero, las piezas de caza colgadas parecen reales,la cocina es muy acogedora, muy, muy bonitas las dependencias!!!

  4. Hi Irene! Even though it is below stairs, I love the lightness and the beauty of your rooms. All of the wonderful details of the scullery, and even the watchful cat eyeing the mouse, are delightful little moments that I have enjoyed discovering. And the towels drying on the screen in front of the stove in the kitchen, was something that I have not seen before and is such a Fabulous addition to the general atmosphere in the Hall. Now I am further intrigued, seeing that the housekeeper has her door ajar; another opportunity to anticipate exploring soon. :D

  5. Hello Irene,
I just don't know what to say anymore! Your level of realism amazes me. Your attention to detail and execution amaze me. Your choice of accessories and their quality amaze me. The layout of your rooms and the research behind them amaze me. The pictures you take amaze me...Hum, I guess I do know what to say: Irene, your work and you are amazing. I look up to your incredible work very much. You just keep on raising the bar.
    Big hug,

  6. I've so much enjoyed the tour of your beautiful Hambleton Hall Irene. Although I've watched it grow and evolve each step of the way it has been a joy to revisit it in it's entirety. What a joy to see all the details perfectly put together with such talent. I hope you are very proud ofyourself my dear friend, you certainly should be x

  7. Hi Irene! Your kitchen and scullery are just Amazing! You have such fantastic little details and everything looks just so real! I could walk right in and start cooking.... but I'd really rather let the cook do the cooking! LOL! The little accessories that you think of... and find or make are just stunning! The glimpse into the housekeeper's room is such a tease....I hope we get to see more soon!

  8. Amazing work, Irene! So many precious little details. I love the concept of the drying towels in front of the stove. Such a touch of reality! So many enchanting little accessories. You are such a talented lady. Thank you so much for the tour. You take such lovely photos!
